Hole 3 is a straight away par 4 that is very narrow with OB left and trees left and right. There's a fairway bunker 255 yards from the tee in the middle right of fairway for the longer hitters to avoid. Second shot must be kept below the hole on a green that slopes steeply from back to front. There are also 3 bunkers, 2 right side, one left, which must be avoided.
