A brief history of Oakbrook Golf & Country Club...

Oakbrook's Golf Course was designed by Robert Brout, Golf Course Architect, Toluca Lake, California. Jack Reimer, Golf Course Architect, of Vancouver, BC, designed the greens.

Oakbrook Golf & Country Club opened for play in 1967. Known as one of Western Washington's driest winter courses, it has an abundance of fir and oak trees lining the fairways.

There are 56 bunkers on the course. Hole 13 is Oakbrook's signature hole; 172 yard par 3 with an elevated tee. Water protects the front of the green with bunkers on both sides of the green. Old growth Douglas fir trees surround the hole, giving this signature hole a very Northwest feeling.
